The factor that renders criticism and making unilateral judgments of people irrational:
There is always at least one part of the picture we haven’t considered. Thus, we appoint judges with authority to hear all sides before passing judgment. Conviction and punishment, which is only given by a judge, can never be decided on the word of one witness. And getting a few other people to agree with my own view, doesn’t change it’s insignificance or my perilous culpability.
On this subject, Jesus says, “DON’T“
