Ezekiel 16-17/Luke 13-16
Are there worse sinners than you?

OT – 16:59-63 “Now this is what the Sovereign LORD says: I will give you what you deserve, for you have taken your solemn vows lightly by breaking your covenant.  Yet I will keep the covenant I made with you when you were young, and I will establish an everlasting covenant with you.  Then you will remember with shame all the evil you have done. I will make your sisters, Samaria and Sodom, to be your daughters, even though they are not part of our covenant.  And I will reaffirm my covenant with you, and you will know that I am the LORD.  You will remember your sins and cover your mouth in silence and shame when I forgive you of all that you have done, says the Sovereign LORD.”

NT – 13:24-30 “The door to heaven is narrow. Work hard to get in, because many will try to enter,  but when the head of the house has locked the door, it will be too late. Then you will stand outside knocking and pleading, `Lord, open the door for us!’ But he will reply, `I do not know you.’  You will say, `But we ate and drank with you, and you taught in our streets.’  And he will reply, `I tell you, I don’t know you. Go away, all you who do evil.’

NT Flash Points:“And there will be great weeping and gnashing of teeth, for you will see Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and all the prophets within the Kingdom of God, but you will be thrown out. Then people will come from all over the world to take their places in the Kingdom of God.  And note this: Some who are despised now will be greatly honored then; and some who are greatly honored now will be despised then.”

Repent or you will perish too!
The Kingdom grows up among you & is permeated with the wicked
But continue to work hard to enter in
Because when the door has been locked it is too late
Put obedience to me first in your priorities & don’t be respecters of the people
