Too big for your britches?
Leviticus 24-25 /Hebrews 1-3

How to get the most out of Hungry Bible

25:18-19 If you want to live securely in the land, keep my laws and obey my regulations. Then the land will yield bumper crops, and you will eat your fill and live securely in it.

2:8-10 You gave him authority over all things.
Now when it says “all things,” it means nothing is left out. But we have not yet seen all of this happen. What we do see is Jesus, who “for a little while was made lower than the angels” and now is “crowned with glory and honor” because he suffered death for us.
Yes, by God’s grace, Jesus tasted death for everyone in all the world. And it was only right that God–who made everything and for whom everything was made–should bring his many children into glory. Through the suffering of Jesus, God made him a perfect leader, one fit to bring them into their salvation.

In the past, God spoke through prophets
Now He has spoken through His Son
While you can still hear, while it is to-day, listen to His voice (daily maintenance)

You don’t have to guess and fake it
If you don’t have the authority, don’t barge in and take it
Wait on the LORD
Ask Him what to do
Listen and then do what he says
That’s just too simple for us “smart” people, huh
