New World ? Go For It!
Isaiah 4-6/Mark 10-12
OT
4:3 All those whose names are written down, who have survived the destruction of Jerusalem, will be a holy people.
6:6-9 Then one of the seraphim flew over to the altar, and he picked up a burning coal with a pair of tongs. He touched my lips with it and said, “See, this coal has touched your lips. Now your guilt is removed, and your sins are forgiven.” Then I heard the Lord asking, “Whom should I send as a messenger to my people? Who will go for us?” And I said, “Lord, I’ll go! Send me.” And he said, “Yes, go. But tell my people this: You will hear my words, but you will not understand. You will see what I do, but you will not perceive its meaning.”
NT
10:13-16 One day some parents brought their children to Jesus so he could touch them and bless them, but the disciples told them not to bother him. But when Jesus saw what was happening, he was very displeased with his disciples. He said to them, “Let the children come to me. Don’t stop them! For the Kingdom of God belongs to such as these. I assure you, anyone who doesn’t have their kind of faith will never get into the Kingdom of God.” Then he took the children into his arms and placed his hands on their heads and blessed them.
