How to get the most out of Hungry Bible

OT

11:12-14 And I said to them, “If you like, give me my wages, whatever I am worth; but only if you want to.” So they counted out for my wages thirty pieces of silver. And the LORD said to me, “Throw it to the potters–this magnificent sum at which they valued me!” So I took the thirty coins and threw them to the potters in the Temple of the LORD.

NT

1:21-23 Yes, they knew God, but they wouldn’t worship him as God or even give him thanks. And they began to think up foolish ideas of what God was like. The result was that their minds became dark and confused. Claiming to be wise, they became utter fools instead. And instead of worshiping the glorious, ever-living God, they worshiped idols made to look like mere people, or birds and animals and reptiles.

The Cure?
Believe in Jesus [bank everything on Him]

Perspective

Every doctrine not embedded in the cross of Jesus will, inevitably and without exception, lead astray
